Sometimes it may take some time for the store to acknowledge the payment. Please wait a couple of minutes and then restart the app. The phone must have an internet connection to acknowledge the payment transaction.

If this doesn’t work, you can tap the “Restore/Reactivate Purchase” button at the bottom of the page under “Get Premium”. This will make the phone perform a manual check with Apple/Google to locate your subscription.

If none of the above solves the issue, please send us a screenshot of your user-device-id, which can be found at the bottom of the ABOUT page in the app. You can do this via the contact page. If you receive an error message, please include a screenshot of that as well.

Our technicians will then investigate the issue further, and you will receive a response from our customer support team.

Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.

iPhone X and later

If you have chosen a security code, it is only required when the app has been turned off or inactive for a longer period of time. Only putting the app in the background for a short period will not be enough.

This can occur if the app does not have access to unrestricted data usage. To allow this, follow the steps below.

1. Long press on the app’s icon and tap on the info icon in the menu that appears.

2. Go to Mobile data/Data usage and enable the switches for Background data and Unrestricted data usage.

The Tät®-m app has so far been free of charge thanks to support from the Swedish Prostate Cancer Association. Our collaboration continues, but now without financial support.

To be able to continue offering and developing the app in the future, we have now launched an updated version with improved design, more features, and new content.
