eContinence AB’s core activity is to provide women treatment for stress urinary incontinence using the Tät® app.
eContinence AB does not collect personal data in the Tät® app and is thus neither personal data processor, nor personal data sub-processor, for users of the Tät® app, and thus does not need a privacy policy in the matter of personal data according to the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
eContinence AB uses privacy by design for software development. All data in the Tät® app is anonymized in a way that users cannot be identified. eContinence AB removes all possibilities to identify a person, and there is no additional information that can link the information to users. Data that is collected from usage of the app is made completely anonymous and is used for statistical purposes and for improving the app. Anonymization means that you cannot reproduce the original information, and the data in the Tät® app is therefore not covered by the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
eContinence AB does not ask for and does not store any information about name, social security number, e-mail address, telephone number, IMEI code or IP address. The Tät® app does not support sharing information with other apps, systems, organizations or users.
eContinence AB takes no responsibility for Apple’s and Google’s collection and processing of personal data during the downloading of the Tät® app from App Store or Google Play, and when paying via Apple’s and Google’s payment services. In this regard, eContinence AB refers to the privacy policies of Apple and Google.
