Proceed to step 2.<\/li><li>Completely uninstall the <strong>T\u00e4t<\/strong> If you also have the <strong>T\u00e4t-m<\/strong> app installed, please uninstall that as well. Then download <strong>T\u00e4t<\/strong> again from the App Store \/ Google Play. Click the <strong>Restore\/Reactivate Purchase<\/strong> button again.<\/li><li><strong>For Android users:<\/strong> If reinstalling does not help and you have already tried clicking <strong>Restore\/Reactivate Purchase<\/strong>, you can try clearing the app\u2019s data manually by going to <strong>Settings &gt; Apps &gt; T\u00e4t &gt; Storage<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot of your <strong>user device ID<\/strong>, which can be found at the bottom of the <strong>About<\/strong> page in the app. If you receive an error message, please include a screenshot of that as well.
