If you have chosen a security code, it is only required when the app has been turned off or inactive for a longer period of time. Only putting the app in the background for a short period will not be enough.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This can occur if the app does not have access to unrestricted data usage. To allow this, follow the steps below.<\/span><\/p>

1. Long press on the app\u2019s icon and tap on the info icon in the menu that appears.<\/span><\/p>

2. Go to Mobile data\/Data usage and enable the switches for Background data and Unrestricted data usage.<\/span>

A small number of users have experienced an issue where the Premium features disappeared as a result of an update of the app version.<\/span><\/p>

To resolve the issue, we recommend that you try the following steps in order:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Click the Restore\/Reactivate Purchase<\/strong> button (Get Premium-Restore\/Reactivate Purchase).
    Not resolved? Proceed to step 2.<\/li>
  2. Completely uninstall the T\u00e4t<\/strong> If you also have the T\u00e4t-m<\/strong> app installed, please uninstall that as well. Then download T\u00e4t<\/strong> again from the App Store \/ Google Play. Click the Restore\/Reactivate Purchase<\/strong> button again.<\/li>
  3. For Android users:<\/strong> If reinstalling does not help and you have already tried clicking Restore\/Reactivate Purchase<\/strong>, you can try clearing the app\u2019s data manually by going to Settings > Apps > T\u00e4t > Storage<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot of your user device ID<\/strong>, which can be found at the bottom of the About<\/strong> page in the app. If you receive an error message, please include a screenshot of that as well. Please use our contact page<\/a> for sending information.
